Allison Kami

Allison Kami plays flute and saxophone with Oui Bis. Her flute background is largely classical while her background in sax is predominantly jazz. Allison has learned one of the best disciplines in music which is the ability to listen. While her backgrounds span a variety of styles, what really brings them together to the benefit of an ensemble, is how Allison listens and subsequently applies her talents. While this enables her to provide valuable support to other band members, Allison is also able to move to the foreground and solo and bring with her, the same ease and flexibility.

Allison is also a wife and mother. Her husband, Taylor, is a music educator and talented percussionist. Her daughter Evie, is one of Oui Bis’ most vocal fans. We all enjoy the support that comes from Allison herself, her family, and her friends that join our audience.
